什么是自动校准?自动校准是一项简化 CGM 校准流程的功能。当你使用配对的血糖仪完成血糖测量后,App 会自动获取测量结果并用于校准你的 CGM 传感器,无需手动输入。CGM 的校准算法没有任何改变。自动校准只是改变了血糖值传递给 CGM 的方式:从你手动输入,变为 App 直接从血糖仪接收。开始使用如何开启自动校准?打开 App,进入 CGM 设置。将自动校准开关切换为开启状态。开启后,下次你使用配对的血糖仪进行血糖测量时,App 将自动使用测量结果校准你的 CGM。如何关闭自动校准?按照上述相同步骤,将自动校准开关切换为关闭状态即可。关闭后将恢复标准的手动校准流程。你可以随时在自动和手动之间切换。需要重新配对血糖仪吗?不需要。如果你的血糖仪已经与 App 配对,自动校准会直接使用现有的配对连接。如果你尚未配对血糖仪,请前往设置 > 设备,按照屏幕指引完成配对。工作原理做血糖测量时会发生什么?当自动校准开启时:你像往常一样使用血糖仪进行指尖采血测量。血糖仪通过蓝牙将测量结果发送给 App。App 检查该数值是否有效。如果一切正常,App 自动完成 CGM 校准。你会收到一条通知,确认校准已完成以及使用的血糖值。整个过程在血糖仪完成测量后几秒钟内自动完成。App 会修改血糖值吗?不会。血糖仪测量的原始数值就是用于校准的数值。App 不会对读数进行任何修改、四舍五入或调整。还能手动校准吗?可以。无论自动校准是开启还是关闭,手动校准始终可用。你可以通过校准页面进入手动校准,也可以在任何失败通知中点击"手动校准"。怎么知道校准已经发生了?你会看到一条通知,例如:"校准:自动校准完成。120 mg/dL,来自 [你的血糖仪名称]。"你也可以查看 App 主页的校准状态,它会显示上次校准的时间。点击校准状态指示器可以打开完整的校准历史记录。故障排查做了血糖测量但没有触发自动校准可能有以下几种原因:蓝牙连接问题 — 血糖仪和手机之间的蓝牙连接可能已断开。请确认血糖仪在手机附近(通常几米范围内),并且手机的蓝牙功能已开启。将血糖仪放在手机旁边,重新进行一次测量。自动校准未开启 — 请检查设置 > 校准 > 自动校准是否已开启。App 未在运行 — App 需要处于运行状态(可以在后台运行)才能接收血糖仪的数据。请打开 App 后重试。最小校准间隔 — 如果你最近刚完成过校准,App 可能会延迟下一次校准以保护精度。请等待冷却期过后再试。在此期间,你随时可以使用手动校准。收到"血糖变化过快"的通知这表示你进行血糖测量时,血糖水平正在快速上升或下降。在血糖快速变化时,指尖毛细血管血糖(血糖仪测量的值)和组织间液葡萄糖(CGM 测量的值)之间可能存在自然的时间差,这会降低校准质量。处理方法: 等到血糖水平较为平稳时再进行测量 — 理想情况下,CGM 的趋势箭头显示为平稳或接近平稳。然后重新进行一次血糖测量,App 会再次尝试自动校准。如果不想等待,也可以选择手动校准。收到"校准数据已过期"的通知这表示血糖仪完成测量到数据到达 App 之间存在延迟。这通常发生在蓝牙短暂断开后重新连接,血糖仪发送了一个较旧的测量结果。处理方法: 确保血糖仪在手机附近且蓝牙已连接,然后重新进行一次血糖测量。App 要求数据必须是近期的(几分钟以内),以确保校准精度。收到"未识别的血糖仪"的通知这表示 App 收到了来自未注册到你账户的血糖仪的数据。这可能发生在附近有其他血糖仪的情况下,或者你正在使用尚未配对的新血糖仪。处理方法: 前往设置 > 设备,确认你的血糖仪已列出并完成配对。如果你有新的血糖仪,请按照屏幕指引完成注册。App 只会接受来自已注册血糖仪的校准数据。收到"数据完整性校验失败"的通知这表示从血糖仪接收的数据不完整或无法通过验证。这通常是蓝牙在数据传输过程中出现短暂中断导致的。处理方法: 这通常是一次性的情况。请重新进行一次血糖测量。如果问题持续出现,请尝试在设置 > 设备中取消配对后重新配对你的血糖仪。收到"数值超出有效范围"的通知这表示从血糖仪接收的血糖值超出了校准接受的范围(通常为 20 至 600 mg/dL)。这可能表示血糖仪读数异常。处理方法: 请先确认血糖仪上的读数。如果数值看起来正确且你认为应该用于校准,可以通过手动校准页面手动输入。如果数值看起来不正确,请使用新的试纸条和充足的血样重新测量。数值被接受但校准仍然失败在少数情况下,即使血糖值本身有效,CGM 也可能拒绝校准。这可能发生在 CGM 传感器检测到内部条件不允许当前进行校准的情况下。处理方法: 请等待片刻后重试,可以通过重新测量血糖(自动校准)或手动校准来完成。如果校准持续失败,请参阅 CGM 故障排查指南或联系客服。自动校准后 CGM 读数似乎不准确如果你发现自动校准后 CGM 的读数与预期不符:查看校准历史记录,确认使用了什么数值。在主页点击校准状态即可打开记录。如果数值看起来不正确,请重新进行血糖测量并再次校准(自动或手动均可)。确保在血糖平稳时进行校准,避免在快速上升或下降期间校准。如果使用确认正确的血糖值重新校准后读数仍然不准确,请联系客服。常见问题自动校准会改变 CGM 的准确性吗?不会。自动校准使用的校准算法与手动校准完全相同。唯一的区别是血糖值如何传递给 App。实际上,自动校准可能有助于提高准确性,因为它消除了手动输入时打错数值的可能性。自动校准支持所有血糖仪吗?自动校准适用于与 App 兼容的血糖仪型号。你的血糖仪必须在 App 中完成配对和注册。前往设置 > 设备查看兼容的血糖仪列表。别人的血糖仪会意外校准我的 CGM 吗?不会。App 只接受来自你账户中已注册的特定血糖仪的校准数据。即使附近有其他血糖仪,它们的数据也会被忽略。自动校准会增加耗电量吗?对电池续航的影响非常小。App 使用的是与血糖仪通信时已经建立的蓝牙连接,不需要额外的后台扫描。每次自动校准都会收到通知吗?是的。无论自动校准成功还是失败,你都会收到通知。成功通知会在几秒后自动收起,但仍可在通知中心查看。失败通知会保持显示,直到你确认。如果在开会或睡觉时没看到通知怎么办?App 主页始终显示当前的校准状态,包括上次校准的时间。如果校准失败且你未确认通知,App 会发送后续提醒。如果校准到期未完成,校准状态指示器会变为警告状态。可以撤销一次自动校准吗?如果你认为某次自动校准使用了错误的数值,可以使用正确的血糖值重新进行校准(自动或手动均可)。新的校准会覆盖之前的校准。自动校准默认是开启的吗?是的,自动校准默认开启。你可以随时在关闭

You can take your BUZUD CGM with you wherever you go — including when traveling.The BUZUD App supports Airplane Mode, allowing you to view your real-time glucose data even without an internet connection. This ensures that you can monitor your glucose levels during flights or in areas with limited connectivity.Once your device reconnects to the internet, your CGM data will automatically sync to the cloud, keeping your records complete and up to date.Whether you're on the move or in the air, BUZUD CGM helps you monitor your glucose safely and conveniently.

How to Log Fasting Glucose in the BUZUD App

In the BUZUD App, you can manually log your fasting glucose level. Fasting glucose is typically measured after you have not eaten or drunk anything (except water) for at least 8 hours, usually right after waking up.Steps to log your fasting glucose:Open the BUZUD AppTap on the Blood Glucose card on the home screenSelect "Manual Record"Enter your glucose value and set the following information:Date (e.g., 12/09/2023)Time (e.g., 12:32)For Duration, choose "Fasting"Select the Identity (e.g., Myself)After confirming the details, tap "Save"Your fasting glucose record will be saved and can be viewed later in your glucose history.
