The watch is equipped with an independently designed and developed professional fuel cell type MEMS electrochemical alcohol sensor, which detects the alcohol concentration in the user's exhaled breath.

In Singapore, the alcohol content in every 100mL of exhaled breath is generally used as the criterion. Driving with an alcohol level exceeding 35 micrograms is considered as drunk driving.
