- Please check if the phone's Bluetooth is turned on and if the network connection is normal.
- Is the distance for Bluetooth connection with the watch within 10 meters? If there are obstacles, the connection distance may be shorter.
- If the device has been previously added to the mobile App but is deleted and needs to be added again, try restarting the watch or phone and reconnecting.
- Please make sure the watch is turned on and has sufficient power.
Note: After unbinding the device on the Apple mobile App, you need to click "Ignore" this device in the Bluetooth settings list on the phone to add the device again.
