When connecting the device, ensure that both the device and the phone are in a "ready to connect" state.
Ready to connect state means:
- Bluetooth is enabled on the phone.
- Insert the Bluetooth device and switch on the back of the Bluetooth device to "ON."
- Long-press the device power button to turn on the device.
Throughout the connection process, ensure that the device has sufficient battery power. Please note that the device automatically shuts down after 60 seconds of inactivity, and once it's turned off, it cannot be connected. To maintain the device's power-on state, press any button on the device at regular intervals.
If you still can't connect, you can check the following issues:
- Ensure the device has sufficient battery power.
- Keep the phone and device close to each other with no obstructions in between.
- If the device has been previously added, you can try deleting it and then retrying the connection.
- Check if the device shows any obvious signs of damage.
- Verify that the Bluetooth device's switch is turned on and set to "ON."
- Try turning off the phone's Bluetooth, then turning it back on to attempt reconnection.
