Why can't the hearing aid connect?

When trying to connect a hearing aid, ensure that both the hearing aid and the smartphone are in a "ready to connect" state. The "ready to connect" state means: If the hearing aid has sufficient battery life, it should automatically power on when taken out of the case. If it doesn't, you can place it back in the case for a moment and then take it out again. If your hearing aid has physical buttons, you can also try pressing and holding the "power" button or the "volume-" button to manually turn it on.
