How do I navigate the main screen?

Tapping an icon on the Main Screen starts a measurement, activates a function, or opens a menu.
The Main Screen appears automatically after 60 seconds of inactivity or by pressing the Home button.
Volume can be adjusted via the settings on the Main Screen.
