What are the common error codes and their solutions?
- Er1: The mirror under the test hole is damaged or dirty. Clean it or contact the manufacturer for repairs.
- Er2: The test strip was moved during testing. Do not move the test strip during detection.
- Er3: Blood was applied before the sampling indicator was flashing. Wait for the sampling indicator to flash before applying the sample.
- Er4: The code card is inserted incorrectly or mismatched. Check the code card and reinsert it.
- Er5: Insufficient blood volume. Ensure the sample size is sufficient.
- Er6: The test strip is expired. Check and use valid test strips.
- Er7: Low battery. Replace the batteries.
- TEP: The environmental temperature is outside the acceptable range. Ensure the temperature is between 15°C and 35°C when operating the analyzer.
